1. Polaroid outtakes from another shoot for Anaise. Kinda digging the lo-fi result of my cheap scanner. More soon...
P.s one of my polaroid pairings is on the homepage of Anaise now!

2. Love Bath by Blythe Ayne, a really lovely small book of poems with her stunning black & white photography. I pulled this and a few others off the shelves of the shop that morning& later a friend came and chose every single one of four I'd been looking at (no words exchanged before she brought them to the counter!) Amazing.

Mallarmé

Ame au si clair foyer tremblante de m'asseoir,
Pour revivre il suffit qu'a tes qu'à tes lèvres j'emprunte
Le souffle de mon nom murmuré tout un soir.

A soul trembling to sit by a hearth so bright,
To exist again, it's enough if I borrow from
your lips the breath of my name you murmur all night.

-Stéphane Mallarmé, "Sonnet"
2 novembre 1877
